A modern brand website reflecting the character of the brand
Klinika Krajewski is a recognized brand in the field of aesthetic medicine. Its previous online presence did not fully reflect the professionalism and quality of the services offered. Our task was to create a new website that not only refreshes the brand’s image but also organizes the information architecture and enhances the business effectiveness of the site.
About the project
As a team, we faced the challenge of refreshing the online image of Krajewski Clinic. We created a service that not only builds trust and establishes expertise but also effectively supports the client’s business goals through an optimized conversion path.




What challenges and needs were
identified at the beginning of the work?
Designing intuitive user paths and contact forms to make it as easy as possible to find information about the services offered and to schedule an appointment, taking into account the specifics of the clinic’s various locations.
Creating the image of the clinic as a safe place run by a professional staff. The visual layer was meant to emphasize competence and an individual approach to the patient.
Ensuring WCAG 2.1 standards at the AA level and creating a flexible Design System that allows for easy future development of the service. The implemented site is also easy to edit for the team managing the website on the client’s side.
What was the process like?
We based the design of the Krajewski Clinic’s website on a close symbiosis of UX and UI competencies.
We knew that in the medical field, aesthetics cannot exist without functionality. Therefore, we divided the work into stages that allowed us to smoothly transition from strategy and information architecture (the UX domain) to the final, trust-building UI interface. We also wanted the site to be user-friendly and easy to edit for the client’s management team.
1# Discovery and Information architecture
We conducted workshops with the client, mapping the needs of stakeholders and target groups. At this stage, we also defined the initial graphic direction.
2# UX DESIGN
We focused on logically organizing content and planning dedicated sections for SEO to eliminate technical errors and prepare the groundwork for content migration.
3# UI Design
Based on the approved wireframes, we created the graphic design. A harmonious color palette, elegant typography, and high-quality photography that highlight the human character of the brand.
4# Design System and Implementation
To ensure consistency and facilitate developers’ work, we prepared a complete Design System. This allowed for quick changes and cost savings during the development phase..

Previously, the website’s structure was disorganized, causing users to easily get lost and struggle to find the information they needed. Thanks to the new information architecture, the content and services have been organized in a clear and intuitive manner. The logical connection of subpages, transparent navigation, and a clear and understandable pricing structure played a key role in significantly improving the user experience on the site.
Strengthening the brand image
The new, minimalist design and high-quality visual content effectively position Krajewski Clinic as an expert in its field, building immediate trust with new users.
SEO-FRIENDLY
Improving the technical structure of the website and optimizing the content has reversed the negative trend in search results, increasing the potential for organic traffic.
WCAG Accessibility
The site is fully responsive and compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, meaning it is readable and usable for a wide audience, regardless of their limitations or the device they are using.
